Refund Policy

Physical Goods (teaware, printed guides)

• Returns within 14 days of delivery in unused, resaleable condition (incl. original packaging).
• Exclude consumables opened/used and custom items.
• If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.

Workshops & Tastings

• 7+ days before the session: full refund or free rebooking.
• 1–6 days before: 50% refund or 100% credit for a future date.
• No-show: non-refundable; you may transfer your seat to another person.

Digital Materials

Non-refundable once accessed/downloaded.

How to Request

• Email [email protected] with order number, pictures (if damaged), and your preference (refund, exchange, credit).
• Ship returns to: Linienstraße 98, 10119 Berlin, Germany. Please use trackable shipping.

Refunds & Shipping

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
• Original shipping is non-refundable unless we made a mistake or the item is defective.
• Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless defective/wrong item.
